Winner of SILVER at the 2020 Blas na hEireann Irish Food Award
A trial flavour which was so popular that we decided to make it a regular variety. Such a lovely combination of sweet, familiar strawberry with the more tart and acidic rhubarb. Reminds us at SeaSugar of summer jam on freshly baked scones.
